I have always been interested in fitness from a young age, having danced from the age of 8, then taking fitness classes and training in the gym until I qualified as a personal trainer in 2014. I have struggled with weight and fitness after having my second child, so I know the struggle of losing weight or trying to get fitter and generally feel healthier.
I achieved my personal training qualifications up to Level 4 including GP referral and Sports Nutrition.
I have since gone on to further study additional courses covering all-round health and nutrition, undertaking regular CPD to keep up to date with industry knowledge, giving me more information to support my clients as per their individual needs.
I have taken part in mud runs prior to competing which increased both cardiovascular and strength fitness and in summer 2016 I competed in my first bodybuilding competition.
2017 saw the start of my success, I not only won my first show, but also took the overall title. Since then, I have gone on to win multiple titles including overall champion across multiple federations, some of those include:
· 2018: PCA UK Athletic figure winner
· 2018: IBFA British Final Athletic figure winner
· 2019: NABBA UK Athletic figure winner
· 2021: PCA Saxon Athletic figure winner
· 2021: Fit-X British Final Trained figure winner
· 2022: Fit-X British final Trained figure and Overall ladies’ winner
· 2022: NABBA UK Athletic figure and Overall ladies’ winner
· 2024: Fit-X Wellness and Masters figure winner
· 2024: Fit-X British Masters Figure winner
In 2024 I achieved Professional Athlete Status with Fit-X

I'm proper chuffed, it's lowest and best I've looked/felt in years.
Definitely feeling loads better in myself too.
